Application:
Cotton waste is treated into the regenerative linters, cottonseed meal. The linters can be used for viscose, paper industry, cotton cellulose/ Defatted cotton etc. The cottonseed meal is used for de-oiled cake, feed. The raw materials are:
The waste which contains cotton fiber from spinning, such as, blow room and carding drops, card fly, card stripping, dust filter waste etc.
The waste from ginning and de-linter plant

Main features:
Cotton Waste De-linter has cleaner and two passages of cutting units and treats the cotton waste into grade 2 to grade 3 linters, cottonseed meal. It is patent cotton waste de-linter is for regenerative material purpose and the waste and lower value waste is changed into high value material. The Cotton Waste De-linter can work whole year to produce the regenerative linter.

Process layout:
Raw material (manual feeding) to Fan suction delivery to Mixing to Cleaning to Opening_No. 1 cutting + cleaning to No. 2 cutting + cleaning to Regenerative linter + Cottonseed meal.
Dust air exhaust to dust filter (dust filter to be arranged by the buyers)
