Application:
Cottonseed hulls is treated into the linters, cottonseed meal. The linters can be used for viscose, paper industry etc. The cottonseed meal is used for de-oiled cake, meal. The raw materials are from:
1. Cottonseed hulls of the cottonseed oil refiner.
2. Waste of cottonseed de-linter.

Main features:
Cottonseed Hulls De-linter has cleaner and de-linter units to get grade 3 linters and cottonseed meal(size: 1 to 3mm2).

Process layout:
Raw material (manual feeding) to Fan suction delivery to Mixing to Cleaning to Opening to De-linter to Regenerative linters+ Cottonseed meal.
Dust air exhaust to dust filter (dust filter to be arranged by the buyers)
